SERVICES

The Basic Training Centre offers something for everyone. I believe that everybody should have an opportunity to do personal training. Personal training gets results!

Before we begin, an assessment will be administered to find out where your present fitness level is. Once your goals are established, we will work together, as a team, to keep you on track and see the results you are expecting. 

           ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

As a kinesiology major / personal trainer, I will work with you one on one to help you achieve your chosen goals.  Everything begins with an assessment. Your individual program will help you see results faster and will be tailored to meet your lifesyle. You will learn basic movements and correct form for each exercise. I will work through your injuries, aches and pains.

           SMALL GROUP ONLINE TRAINING

We work in groups of two.  We motivate each other to work hard. Individual fitness levels are always taken into account. It is a circuit-style of training combining cardiovascular and resistance training. Each session is different and the intensity increases over the weeks.

           WEIGHT LOSS

 

Looking to lose 10 lbs or more?  My weight loss program is designed to help you make a gradual lifestyle change; losing 1-2 lbs each week. This program is not about a quick fix, it's about maintaining a healthy 'eating' lifestyle.
